CardioS is an International Congress of Clinical Cardiology and Heart Failure. Idea for their visual identity in 2018. was to create a symbol of the heart by using only colorful drops as a building element.
The final symbol, on a clean white background creates a simple but beautiful, serious but playful, memorable visual language applied to the whole promo material.
